Employee Training & Benefits

Our employees are the future of Cascade and we are committed to supporting their growth and professional development. Field personnel are given the opportunity to complete Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training, paid for by Cascade, as well as obtain their CDL at no cost to the employee.
In addition to our training incentives and career pathing opportunities, Cascade has developed a state of the art CORE Safety Training Program. Our employees also receive comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Defense (DOT) training.

Diverse Workforce Initiative
The objective of the Cascade Diverse Workforce Initiative (CDWI) is to provide a diverse workplace for our employees to thrive, both personally and professionally. The CDWI is comprised of a leadership council and three committees:
The Membership Committee, which is responsible for increasing membership and organization-wide participation in CDWI initiatives and strategy
The Communication & Outreach Committee, which is responsible for working closely with our Marketing and Outreach teams to promote diversity and become more involved with diversity outreach efforts in our local communities
The Education Committee, which is responsible for researching and working with Human Resources on promoting diverse hiring practices and facilitating diversity training throughout the organization
CDWI members meet quarterly, and the leadership council routinely communicates strategy, goals, objectives and accomplishments to the Cascade executive leadership team and the Cascade community.
