Andrew Whitsell is Vice President of Operations for Cascade's Desert States region, where he provides operational leadership for environmental, geotechnical, and drilling projects throughout the western and southwestern United States.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning geology, mining, environmental drilling, and operations management, Andrew brings extensive expertise in drilling technologies, mineral exploration, project execution, and regional operations. His ability to align technical capabilities with business objectives has helped drive operational performance, strengthen client relationships, and support regional growth.

Since joining Cascade, Andrew has advanced through several leadership positions, including Operations Manager, Key Accounts Manager, Director of Operations, and now Vice President of Operations. Throughout his career, he has led multi-state teams, promoted a strong culture of safety, and helped deliver successful outcomes on complex projects across diverse industries and geographies.

Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Geology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a Certified Professional Geologist and maintains contractor and driller licenses in multiple states. His combination of technical expertise and operational leadership supports Cascade's commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional service.
