Dale Duscher

Regional EHS Manager

Dale Duscher is Cascade’s Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager in the Great Lakes Region, where his clients rely on him to ensure work is performed safely and on schedule.

Dale began his career more than 30 years ago as a driller assistant, and made his way up through the ranks. He has worked on project sites across the US and world, including in Chile, Baffin Island, and Madagascar. He’s led hands-on drilling training programs with students hailing from Russia, Chile, Argentina, Australia and the US, and is the inventor of several tools designed to prevent injury during drilling operations. He is a recognized leader in the EHS field, and regularly advises field personnel about how to safely address challenging aspects of project sites.

As both a driller and a safety professional, Dale understands the various aspects of a job site that can cause project delays, property damage or injuries—but also how to safely overcome those challenges. He is a valuable resource that his clients rely on and return to again and again.
