Vice President, Operations - Midwest

Dennis Robins is Vice President of Operations for Cascade's Midwest region, where he provides operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of environmental and infrastructure projects. With a strong background in drilling operations, project management, and estimating, he works closely with field and business teams to support safe project execution, operational efficiency, and successful client outcomes.

Since joining Cascade in 2013, Dennis has held a variety of leadership roles, including leading the Flint business unit and overseeing estimating operations throughout the Midwest. His broad experience spans project development, operational planning, resource management, and execution of projects ranging from small site investigations to large-scale environmental remediation and construction programs.

Prior to his current role, Dennis served as Director of Estimating, supporting projects across the Midwest and collaborating with operational teams throughout the organization, including TerraTherm. Throughout his career, he has played an important role in strengthening collaboration between estimating and operations, mentoring team members, and helping develop organizational capabilities that support consistent project delivery.

Before joining Cascade, Dennis built his career in the drilling industry through operations and project management leadership positions, gaining extensive experience managing branch operations and complex field projects. His practical, hands-on leadership style, commitment to safety, and dedication to developing high-performing teams continue to support operational excellence across the region.
