Roy K. Buckenberger has been a driving force in Cascade’s drilling operations since 1993, bringing more than three decades of hands-on experience to the field. As a Senior Driller, Roy is known for his reliability, deep technical knowledge, and the calm, steady leadership he brings to every jobsite.
With a career spanning 34 years, Roy has worked across a wide range of drilling methods, specializing in rotary and sonic technologies. He holds multiple certifications and is respected by his peers for the way he shares his experience and trains others with patience and clarity.
Roy’s consistency, commitment to safety, and dedication to delivering high-quality work have made him an essential part of the Cascade team. Whether managing day-to-day drilling operations or mentoring newer team members, he leads with quiet confidence and pride in the work.
Outside of the field, Roy enjoys hunting and working around the house, always keeping his hands busy and his standards high.
